   3 Today I've made some modest changes to my CV, [LinkedIn][linkedin]
   4 and [various][identica] [online][twitter] [profiles][github].
   5 The theme has been "less is more" and I want to highlight
   6 my interest consulting in [Clojure][clojureblog],
   7 security and [embedded hardware][usbtrngblog].

   9 Why corp-to-corp consulting? I regularly get asked this question
  10 by companies that want to fill permanent, full-time positions.
  11 Having worked for big companies, small companies and even
  12 having founded a Silicon Valley startup from Minnesota (just think
  13 of the miles!) I've come to realize that consulting is
  14 a great fit for me. I can carefully chose clients projects
  15 that have really interesting problems and at the same time
  16 invest continually in personal development (e.g.
  17 [[conference organizing|/tmarble/posts/Legal_Issues_at_FOSDEM_2014]],
  18 working to increase the [participation of women][clojurebridgempls]
  19 in [open source software][debianopw]). One of the nice
  20 fringe benefits for clients is I can share best practices
  21 that I've learned in my travels with each engagement.
